Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants, and the shipping process has been initiated.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive a wrong product, damaged or expired items, or defective products, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the products.

The merchant will verify the issue, and your request will be processed only after confirmation by the merchant.

Refunds

In case of any refunds approved by GSH Healthcare and Wellness, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer's account.

International Buyers

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post services only.
